The comfort consultant showed us the different models available to meet our needs on Monday morning and once we agreed on the right unit he schedule for the installation the following day. Tuesday morning, your installation technician arrived promptly and started with the work. He told us about the programmable thermostat and went over the operation of t. I so appreciated the technician you sent out. This is the second time he had been out to do our service and he is extremely nice and thorough. I have four children and he came to the home when all of them were home and he was very patient with them (especially my eight year old who wanted to know everything he was doing). He reminded me that it was time to change the UV bulb. When I said I wanted to wait, he wasn't pushy, just reminded me to call the office when I was prepared to invest that money. Please let him know how much I appreciate it!
