Issues With the Evaporator Coil

This happens to the evaporator when the refrigerant level is low or heat exchange is restricted across the coil because it’s dirty or the filter is clogged. Dirty Condenser Coil
The outdoor heat exchanger is called the condenser coil. The condenser coil is exposed to the elements all year. Dirt and debris can build up on the coil and the thin fins, which can cause warm air to blow from your vents. The coil and fins are cleaned along with the entire system during your AC professional maintenance tune up. Your system should receive a precision tune up twice a year.
