Had to call first thing on a Monday morning to have someone come check my ac unit as it stopped working suddenly. Tyler was at my front door within an hour and a half and got my unit back working quickly. Very nice person and answered all questions had to where someone who knows nothing about ac units can understand lol. Every tech that has came out has been wonderful and very helpful. Customer reported very high gas bill. Tech used soap bubble leak detector and confirmed no leaks from gas valve inside unit to gas meter at brick foundation wall. Tech found no gas leaks and smelled no gas leaks. If gas leak is still suspected, tech recommends that gas company leak search the remainder of the gas appliances and lines in the house. Tech does not suspect gas line or gas pack is leaking gas. Tech started gas pack up and adjusted manifold pressure from 3.58” WC to 3.30” WC. Tech found burners shutting off intermittently seemingly at random. Tech cleaned flame sensor, but it was still shutting off periodically. Ignition control is constantly flashing an irregular 2 flash whether burners are lit or not. Flash is too rapid to be normal. Sometimes it looks like a 2 flash and sometimes 3 or 4. Burners still light with call for heat though although 2 flash would be a lockout, 3 flash is a pressure switch error and 4 flash is a limit switch. Tech diagnosed faulty ignition contr

Upon arrival, tech found breaker turned off for #1 furnace. Tech turned the breaker on and the furnace started up. The inducer motor was running very rough and sounded as if it would fail with continued operation. Tech lubricated the inducer motor and tested. The inducer motor sounded better, but will likely fail with continued operation. Tech recommends replacing induced draft assembly. Repair cost is $838.70. System is heating at this time. Breaker for #3 furnace was tripped. Tech reset the breaker and tested system operation. The ignition sequence completed successfully and ran until the indoor fan was energized. The breaker immediately tripped. Tech found the motor windings have resistance to ground internally. 3/4HP 115V indoor fan motor will need to be replaced. Repair cost is $957.06. System is down until repairs are made. Tech billed out $354.06 for commercial service call/diagnostic fee (2) and minor repair fee. Repairs are awaiting approval.

Customer stated system was blowing cool air. Upon inspecting equipment tech turn system on heating and both stages of outdoor unit will kick on as well as heat strips and run with no challenges. Compressor is pulling 9 A. Temp rise was over 40°. Based on previous visit with loose wire on contactor compressor could have internal damage that is not popping up at this time. . Told customer if system stops heating or if noise is coming from outdoor unit to give us a call. Customer stated she may call company back that installed compressor a year ago. System working properly at this time

Tech repaired leak in circuit #1, performed pressure/decay test, evacuated system, replaced compressor contactor and charged system with 11.7lbs of R-410A refrigerant. Tech was not able to test system in cool mode due to low outdoor ambient temperature. Tech did a run test briefly. The compressor was running and pumping refrigerant. System will need to be tested with warmer outdoor ambient temperatures.
