Upon arrival tech found blank thermostat, after further inspection tech found blown 24v fuse due to low pressure switch wires rubbing through. Tech replaced fuse and taped up wires where they will not run through again. No charge per maintenance was just performed not to long ago.

Tech found compressor contactor chattering. Confirmed contactor, defrost board, and blower control board are wired correctly. Found wire rub where high pressure switch wire is shorting on reversing valve coil. Taped up high and low pressure switch wires and reversing valve wires. Still chattering. Tech found coil temp sensor disconnected from defrost board and shorted to cabinet. Plugged back in. Still chattering. Tech disconnected thermostat and tstat wire from unit. Unit ran correctly in each mode without issue. Yellow low voltage circuit is using a black wire from previous low voltage issue. Tech disconnected tstat wire and isolated at both ends. Tech found most of the thermostat wires have continuity together. Tech disconnected common wire at unit and thermostat and installed AA batteries. Tested system with batteries in thermostat. Contactor is no longer chattering. Brown is G for blower. Black is Y for compressor. Tech recommends having 2 techs fish new thermostat wire 25 fe

Performed CMA Full service on 2 Gas Packages and 8 Split Systems. Gas Package number 1 has a bad inducer draft motor, checked Gas Package 1 burners, burners didn’t come on due to bad inducer draft motor. Recommend replacement of inducer draft motor. Office provide estimate for replacement of inducer draft motors-$1272.94. Split System 4 at Church building Compressor capacitor rated for 70 mfd. Currently using a 50 and 20 mfd capacitor . 20 mfd Capacitor tested at 2.175. Provided estimate of capacitor- $205.28.

This system is equipped with a Uv light kit. The bulb is needing to be replaced. Technician quoted 207 for replacement. Customer approved.

Performed 2 System ESA Upstairs - technician found,no challenges with this system at todays visit. The system is running normally and holding a delta t of 17 degrees. There was some signs of rust on the evaporator coil, however technician was unable to discover a leak at this time. Customer notified and assured we will monitor going forward. Downstairs - tech did not find any issues with the system while performing the maintenance today. The Uv bulb was in need of being changed, however the customer decided against swapping out the bulb at this time. Tech quoted 207 plus tax for Uv bulb replacement. There was also some rust on this evaporator coil. Like upstairs, technician was not able to pinpoint any refrigerant leaks at this time. Customer notified and assured we will monitor going forward. Technician also presented customer with pamphlet for plasma air purifier and discussed the benefits of the system enhancement.
