Performed ESA visit, replaced filter, tested heating and cooling on a dual fuel package unit, heat pump and gas heat are operating properly at this time, tech educated homeowner on air purification enhancements (plasma air) and provided a pamphlet with information. No signs of refrigerant leaks at this time.

Upon arrival, customer informed tech that system was blowing cold air when the temperatures were sub-freezing throughout the night/morning. Tech tested the heat pump operation and gas heat operation. No issues were found at this time. Tech removed, cleaned and tested flame sensor while on site. Tech suspects gas valve may be freezing up during colder weather. Tech recommended calling if issue occurs again. Tech collected $87.00 plus tax by credit card for house call/diagnostic fee.
