Tech found system shutting down every time ignition control board called for spark igniter to energize. See video. Tech inspected orange spark ignition wire and found no issues with wire. Tech tried heat cycle without wire plugged in and found same symptom. Tech diagnosed failed ignition control board. Tech tested cooling mode without issue. Customer declined maintenance. Approved ordering ignition control board.

Performed CMA Inspection on 1 rooftop Package Heat Pump system. -System is cooling properly at this time and has a Delta T of 20 degrees. -Challenges still exist with heat strips as previously reported. -System will not operate correctly in defrost mode, auxiliary or emergency heat during cold weather until problem with heat strips are addressed. - Tech completed filter change of 2-20x35x2 filters. - Tech flushed drain lines and added condensate treatment tablets to drain pans. - Fan, compressor and BLOWOR motor amperage were inside correct specifications on todays visit. - There are pictures and a performance report attached to this invoice.

Found 2 12 inch branch lines destroyed, 18 inch return flex duct is present. While tech was in the crawl space, tech noticed the duct work moving and the plastic making noise, tech believes that there may be an animal still present in the crawlspace and recommended to have the crawlspace looked at prior to making an decision regarding the duct work repairs vs full replacement. Due to high repair bills, field supervisor will be notified to provide a solution. Customer is interested in monthly payments option. System does operate. Tech spoke with our office regarding the ESA agreement/billing. Call customer prior to having our field supervisor dispatched.

I was called to a home to check out a water heater that had no power. I checked the element and thermostat, and everything checked out fine. The customer stated that she didn't know who turned the power off to it. I reset the power and the water heater worked fine.

Upon arrival tech found system completely froze over, tech force defrost while system was defrost tech tested sensors and found coil sensor was faulty tech replaced and cycled system with no challenges. System went into defroster on its own after 15 minutes of running, customer stated she also has no hot water tech scheduled for plumber to come out. Customer signed up for PSA

I also inspected the zoning system, confirming that it is operating correctly with a Delta T temperature difference within the specified range. The homeowners approved the necessary investments and repairs for the day. Additionally, they expressed interest in learning more about media filters, which I explained in detail, emphasizing their role in maintaining air quality and system efficiency.
