Tech replaced upstairs coil with a coated coil, replaced filter drier , pressure tested, pulled a vacuum and recharged system. System is running properly. Tech performed ESA on 2 split systems and 1 mini split. Tech found and replaced a leaking EZ trap on the downstairs unit. All systems performing properly at this time. To be billed

Performed ESA, tech found 2 small leaks inside evaporator coil at guest building. Informed homeowners and stated they want to hold due to unit not being use that often. Tech found no other issues at todays visit. Washed and serviced both units.

Tech performed tune up, tech found no issues with system at todays visit. System is back on and operating properly at this time. Tech spoke with customer about service agreement. Customer signed up for one’s system psa and is using today as first visit.

Tech performed ESA, tech found no issues at todays visit. Tech recommended adding hardstart to help enhance compressor life. System is back on and operating properly at this time.

Performed CMA full service. Tested defrost thermostat in freezer inside. Found no issues or causes of unit frosting up in winter. System heating and cooling normally.

Tech found unpstairs coil has dirty sock smell and tech recommends replacing with a coated coil. Customer also wants to make sure downstairs unit is not having and water issues. Tech recommends maintenance plan to clean coils and make sure drains are working properly. Customer agreed to 2 system maintenance plan and replacing coil, working with office on price. Tech also found downstairs trap is leaking and needs to be replaced

Best solution is to replace system. Customer wanted it emailed to look over

Tech found condenser fan motor locked up, poor connection on contactor, evaporator and condenser coils dirty, no trap on unit, and blower compartment dirty. Compressor was in overload. Tech quoted cleaning coils, blower, installing a trap, and replacing contactor with one that will allow a better connection and replacing fan motor. Compressor and coils tested good both all parts are past expected life expands and may fail at any moment. Tech recommends replacing unit, but if customer chooses to do repair, tech recommends maintenance plan to save money on coil cleaning. Field supervisor present with tech.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time unit is 6 months old customer did not want tech in home due to dogs.

Could not get customer financed for new system, customer is going to check with personal bank to see what he can do.

Performed ESA, tech found txv leaking refrigerant. Informed homeowner and was told they want to invest in a new unit. Field supervisor is scheduled to come out @4. Homeowner also stated they will renew ESA with field supervisor.

Performed routine maintenance per energy savings agreement. Technician did not find any challenges with system performance today. System is heating and cooling properly and holding a delta t of 20 degrees. Technician recommended installing a hard start kit to improve the longevity of the system. While it is a brand new system installed in 2023, a hard start kit will ease the strain on the compressor for years to come. Customer will think about it before deciding to move forward, estimate built and sent with email. This is a new address for customer, equipment added.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found evap coil rusted and corroded and found leak along with compressor testing in the red tech called out feild supervisor will be coming out tomorrow (3/12).

Tech found pressure was extremely low 64 suction for a 410a system tech performed leak search got hits in condenser coil as well as evaporator coil back side tech did see where other company attempted to repair aluminum condenser coil scraping fines off.tech informed customer on findings and office is to schedule field supervisor to come out next day to give best solution to customer

Tech performed PTU on 2 systems customer has been having cooling issue's with downstairs unit demand tech will be coming out later today to do to diagnose that issue tech found no other challenges at this with upstairs unit.

Tech found power to system was off tech flipped the switch system is operating properly at this time

Tech preformed CMA INSPECTION on 1 Gas Package Unit and 1 Split System. Both systems are operating within specifications at this time. Tech did notice that the Split System is old and the evaporator coil for unit is in poor condition, but tech was unable to find any leaks at this time. Still due to age and current condition of system tech will have Office contact customer with further information. Tech has attached System Performance Reports to invoice along with pictures.

Performed routine maintenance per energy savings agreement. Technician did not find any challenges while servicing equipment today. The system is cooling properly and holding a delta t of 18 degrees. Technician recommended and discussed the plasma air purifier with customer. Estimate built for their review.
