This is my first time dealing with Jackson & Son, and I am very impressed. The service man came out the same day I called, promptly, in sweltering heat. I’m having a kitchen renovation done, so the house is in a shambles, he was very polite and kind. The diagnosis of the problem was not easy; Donnie and Tyler worked tirelessly to fix the problem, requiring multiple service calls in 2 days. Tyler did not charge for the last service call; I was grateful for that. I will recommend to anyone.

Tech found no line voltage at the upstairs system. Breaker was off at the sub panel. Tested the system after resetting the breaker. System is operating in cooling without challenges. Educated the costumer about maintenance and Recommend ESA for both upstairs and downstairs systems. Customer would like to wait on ESA for now.

Tech found od fan very hard to start and compressor very loud. Tech found od coil completely clogged and informed homeowner about benefits of ac Renew. Homeowner approved. Tech also informed homeowner that the outdoor fan is on its last leg.

This service should prevent costly repairs in the future as well as help the unit run more energy efficiently. Maintenance service also keeps the system under manufacturer warranty and adds years to the life of the unit.

Upon arrival tech found the condenser fan running very slow. Inspection found the dual run capacitor faulty, compressor and motor tested good. Recommend replacement of capacitor. Customer approved repair, dual run was replaced with a 40 and 5 capacitors. System is back up and running.
