Tech washed and serviced unit and found evaporator coil rusted and corroded but found no leaks at this time customer is aware of techs findings

Tech performed ESA on 1 system. Tech found no challenges or concerns with system/operations of system. System is operating properly upon departure. Homeowner extended PSA via check 5774

Tech performed ESA on 1 system. Tech found no issues with today’s visit with system operations. Tech did notice a decent amount of rust on inducer motor wheel, tech recommends replacing before warranty expires in 2029. System is operating properly upon departure. Homeowner extended ESA via card

Customer invested in new system and worry free

Tech found inducer motor locked up. Tech spun the motor and could tell the bearings have gone bad. Tech tested the rest of the system and found compressor pulling 83 start amps rated at 73. This indicates the compressor will soon be locking up and will not be able to start. Tech found evaporator coil not leaking, but showing signs of a potential leak in the near future. Tech verified the capacitor was good and not causing the compressor to pull LRA. Tech recommends replacing unit due to age and cost of repair. If customer does not want to replace unit, inducer motor will need to be replaced and hard start installed to extend compressor life. Field supervisor present with tech.

Tech serviced and washed unit. The unit was Spic and span, found no challenges. Supply vent blew out a consistent Delta-T of 20 degrees.

Tech serviced and washed units. Found no challenges at this time. Customer had to leave before tech finished service. Will need a return visit to reset downstairs thermostat and collect Delta-T’s. Tech left filters on porch closest to drive way.

Upon arrival, technician turned on the system and called for heat. When arriving outside, the tech observed the condenser not running. Inspection of the breaker panel revealed the condenser breaker was tripped. Tech reset and it immediately tripped again. Tech shut off power and opened the electrical on the system. Tech found wires connecting the contactor to the capacitor burnt off with damage to both. Technician then Megohm tested the compressor and found it reading BAD. Field supervisor contacted and dispatched. Caleb is onsite. While supervisor was in route, tech also found a leak in the evaporator coil. After discussion with the customer, they opted to replace contactor and capacitor. Technician completed the repairs and power was restored, after a few seconds the breaker tripped again. Office was contacted and demand tech has been scheduled. Tenant was not on site when technician completed ticket.

Customer opted to repair system, did not leave quote on replacing system.

Upon arrival tech was informed system wasn’t cooling. Tech inspected system and found spade connector for reversing valve broken and fallen off. Tech replaced with new connector and system started cooling. System in back operational at this time.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time tech recommended adding hard start kit customer is interested but would have to wait for now.

Tech came to quote dryer vent replacement tech found that dryer to the wall is about 17 feet but with existing hard flex from the dryer 15ft of hard pipe would make it to the foundation.

Upon arrival tech found system low on r22 starting to freeze up, found leaking evaporator coil and compressor ohming bad. Field supervisor out to verify customer replacing system tech collected for system operation test and inspection.

Tech found no issue with system at this time. Tech found thermostat was not sending signal to air handler. Tech bypassed the thermostat and system would engage. Tech called customer informed them of findings and options. As well as benefits of maintenance agreement customer approved replacement of thermostat and invested in premium maintenance plan.
