Tech performed CMA full service on one Trane split system. Found bo challenges. Replaced filters.

Tech performed service on trane package unit. Returned due to rain last week to finish outside maintenance. Recommend plasma air due to bacterial activity on outdoor blower. Customer declined. Found no other challenges at todays visit.

While tech was performing maintenance it started raining preventing tech from completing job, tech got maintenance rescheduled for tomorrow. Customer renewed due to him not being able to be here tomorrow. Customer has washable filters that are clean. Need to return to wash coils and unit.

Install Carrier 2 Ton Heat Pump With Coil With Programmable Thermostat

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Tech recommended hard start kit to lower start amps and extend compressor life customer was not interested at this time.

Technician found heat strips were engaged while no w call. Tech found defrost control board was sending 24v to the purple wire for heat strip sequencer. Tech removed wire and system is cooling properly at this time. Tech informed customer on findings and recommended replacing defrost control board customer will hold off on repairs at this time.

Technician found condenser fan motor had failed. Tech quoted out to replace condenser fan motor customer approved to replace. Tech replaced condenser fan motor. System is operating at this time.

Tech found 2v from main breaker to unit. Technician informed customer on findings and quoted out breaker replacement customer informed tech he will go to Lowe’s get it fixed on his own.

Technician found thermostat was on heat mode but still energized the o wire. Technician quoted out replacement thermostat non Wi-Fi. Customer approved replacement. Technician also educated customer on benefits of membership customer invested in mpa. Once replaced thermostat technician tested system found no other challenges.

Technician returned to replace induced draft assembly under manufacture warranty. Once replaced technician cycled system found no other challenges at this time. System is operating properly at this time.

Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, upon arrival tech found fuel run capacitor testing below spec, tech recommended replacement of capacitor customer declined at this time, system is back up and running and holding a delta t of 20 degrees

Install Carrier 3 Ton Gas Pack With WiFi Programmable Thermostat

Tech washed and serviced both units per service agreement, upon arrival tech found a leak in the evaporator coil on the system closed to the front of the house, tech found no challenges with the second system, both systems are back up and running and holding a delta t of 20 +degrees

Invested in new system due to leaky evap coil. System out of warranty. Also invested in worry free.

Water Heater

Installed 30 amp breaker for upstairs air handler and 20 amp for upstairs condenser. Both in main panel. Installed Trane 824 thermostat for upstairs.

Customer has a 50 gallon electric water heater and would like an estimate to relocate the water heater to the garage. Also would like an estimate for propane tankless heater exterior unit on the backside of the house. House has two bathrooms.

Rental, homeowner out of state, emailed

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time customer could not extend today will call in after she gets paid. Unit is up and cooling with a delta t of 22.

Tech performed ESA on one system, tech found leaking evap coil and requested filed supervisor. Mike took over call. Tech finished maintenance on system and found no other issues. System is back on and operating at this time.

Tech performed service on goodman package unit Customer is interested in newer thermostat. Found no other challenges at todays visit.

Tech found wire burnt from contactor to compressor. Technician replaced 1 pole 30 amp contactor and repaired wiring. Tech ran system then rechecked com. Compressor ohmed in red for 2 secs then slowly lowered to caution yellow then green. Video on st. Tech informed office. Office recommended monitoring system and if needed will replace compressor labor warranty is until 3/2026. System is cooling properly at this time. Tech informed the homeowner’s daughter.

Tech performed service on goodman package unit. Tech megohm compressor and found it to be red. Called office and mentioned to customer. Office sending demand tech to have a second pair of eyes on the situation. Customer renewed maintenance plan. Found no other challenges at todays visit.
