Tech serviced and washed unit, found capacitor testing week. Customer Opted for universal Turbo capacitor. Paid Via Visa. Customer requests that calls be in morning Time.

Tech found system is 2 flash lockout code. Tech found system voided of refrigerant, tech explained age of system and cost of repair and recommended replacement. Call in the morning to set up sales lead.

Performed ESA, upon arrival homeowner stated little airflow was coming out of vents. Layout of house is kinda tricky, unit is a package unit but the duct work is located inside the attic. Tech inspected duct work and does have some age on it but in overall good condition. The return and about 2 duct lines are located in the crawlspace, tech adjusted dip switches on variable speed blower to increase air flow. Tech informed homeowner if she is still not pleased, we could look into getting the duct work replaced and relocated. Homeowner also stated light bill was high during the heating season. Tech noticed attic pull down was right above where thermostat is located, attic pull down has crevices along the side, allowing hot/cold air that is located in attic to seep down and catch thermostat thus causing unit to run continuously. Recommended attic tent, wants to talk to husband before making a decision. Also discussed plasma air, to improve indoor air quality.

Performed ESA, recommended hard start kit.

Annual Air Conditioning Maintenance: During a routine AC system tune-up for spring, I conducted a thorough inspection and maintenance procedure. Tasks included cleaning the evaporator and condenser coils, checking and calibrating the thermostat, and inspecting the air filter for any signs of wear or damage. This proactive maintenance ensures efficient cooling and minimizes the risk of unexpected breakdowns, providing the homeowner with peace of mind and uninterrupted comfort during the warmer months.

Tech found compressor not starting in R22 outdoor unit due to failed 40/5uf 370VAC dual run capacitor. Tech replaced capacitor for testing purposes and found system back cooling. R22 pressures are low, but outdoor temperature is cool this morning. Tech called for heating and found middle heat strip cutting off on thermal overload snap disc. All three heat strips do run, but blower wheel may need to be cleaned and increase PSC blower speed to increase airflow and prevent heat strip from cycling on and off at snap disc limit. 7.5uf blower capacitor is reading very weak at 3.58uf. Outdoor coil looks corroded from possible dog urine. Tech confirmed indoor coil is leaking. Detector indicated hit on high sensitivity but not medium. Tech recommends thoroughly cleaning system before adding R22. Recommended ESA. Customer declined all repairs due to price. No interest in repairs or replacement at this time.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Customer extended PSA via card 373.43

Tech performed maintenance per service agreement. Tech found no challenges at today’s visit. Tech left two 20x25x1 filters with homeowners. System is operating properly at this time.

Tech returned to replace hood with longer hood

Performed ESA, recommended plasma air.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Customer will need 1 16x20x1 filter dropped off.

Tech found condenser fan running but not compressor due to a failed capacitor. Tech replaced capacitor and found system running properly.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found unit to be older and showing its age found evap coil to be rusted and corroded and found a possible leak starting to form along with the compressor meging in the yellow tech called in mandatory customer would be able to do anything at this time customer would like to have field supervisor come out and give a quote so they will have a number in there head

Tech found heat strip contactor was shorted to ground tech spoke with customer she informed tech she could not pay for repairs at this time will call back to schedule repair when funds available.

Tech found hood was slightly pulled off the wall 1/4 of a inch about 6 in long due to rain tech added more clear cualk to seal temporary tech did come march earlier this year and did mention if it happened again we would have to come with longer hood due to size being slightly to short. Office to call Mr king back with if any price for hood.

Tech found the outdoor coil frozen, tech forced defrost mode and board appeared to be operating fine after testing defrost. Thermostat sensor was open even with the coil being frozen. Costumer approved replacing the thermostat sensor and spoke with the office about billing. Office approved collecting part of the payment for the repair and bill out the rest for now. System is back heating. [email protected]

Tech performed ESA on 1 system customer not home upon inspection tech found system cutting out on high head pressure, tech found system to be extremely dirty and covered in debris this is why system has high head pressure tech performed full ESA no further challenges at this time. Tech recommends installation of UV light for indoor Evaporator coil to kill bacteria and debris.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time customer was not home tech performed service on package unit outside. Tech left pens and notepads on porch.

Tech found blower housing is cracked. Blower housing is part of the cabinet and may not be a replaceable part. Tech recommended replacing unit due to age and condition. We will look further into a possible housing replacement if we need to. Need to schedule sales appointment

CUSTOMER STATED SYSTEM RUNS AFTER SATISFIED AT THERMOSTAT. MOBILE HOME GAS FURNACE RUNS BLOWER FOR A FEW MINUTES AFTER THERMOSTAT SATISFIES TO COOL HEAT COMPONENTS. THIS SEEMS TO CAUSE TEMPERATURE TO RISE MORE THAN DESIRED. CYCLED SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO CHALLENGES.

Tech performed maintenance per energy savings agreement. Homeowner was not home at todays visit could not check delta t dropped off 20x30x1 filter will need to reach them about ESA renewal.Tech found no challenges at today’s visit.
