Customer stated system is cooling but is hearing a loud vibration noise coming from gas furnace. There are two gas furnaces twin together with one AC unit. Tech found a piece of plastic inside blower wheel causing wheel to be unbalanced. Tech removed debris and tested unit operation and system is working properly at this time. Charge card on file

FOUND SYSTEM #1 LOW ON CHARGE. SPOKE WITH MR. CUPP THEY WILL BE CONTACTING INSTALLER. TURNED IN MANDATORY FOR SYSTEMS #3 AND #4 DUE TO EXTREMELY RUSTED/LEAKING EVAPORATOR COILS. COLBY IS WORKING ON PROPOSALS. SYSTEM #2 IS DOWN PROPOSAL HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT WAITING FOR APPROVAL. SYSTEMS 2, 3, AND 4 ALL R22 SYSTEMS OVER 20 YEARS OLD.

Tech preformed CMA FULL SERVICE on 4 split systems. Tech recommends replacing systems 2,3 and 4 due to multiple issues that are documented on system performance reports. All systems are operating at this time but present multiple challenges in need of attention.

Homeowner was not home tech did not find any problems at all. Tech did not have 16x20 filters.
