Tech found then condenser breaker off at the panel. After resetting, tech checked pressures, 118/218. Costumer showed where the leak was coming from, According to the other company, the leak is underneath of the true suction copper line that goes below the condenser coil. No leak. Search performed by us today. System is cooling properly at this time. Tech educated costumer about our ESA plan and invested in PSA(Premium service agreement) yearly. 1st ESA visit is scheduled for Friday morning. contact the costumer for confirmation that day and assure that the ESA tech cleans the system thoroughly by costumer request.
