- Tech found common wire from thermostat not secure in wire nut splice and created a short with door panel. - Replaced fuse and wire nuts and reinforced with electrical tape for extra protection to avoid further issues. System is operating normally at this time. Thermostat set to 80 at tech departure. Did not charge for this visit on account of recent maintenance and contractor warranty.

- Tech found failed single pole 30A contactor upon arrival. Replaced contactor under contractor warranty due to recent maintenance visit with no documentation of failing contactor . - Confirmed proper operation and correct fan capacitor reading/amp draw. - Found slightly low refrigerant charge, recommended rescheduling maintenance to ensure no leaks in evaporator coil. System is operating normally at this time. Thermostat set to 69 at tech departure.

Tech performed ESA on one system. Tech found excessive amounts of bacterial growth and dust/debris in home, tech recommended adding plasma to system to help ensure better air quality throughout home and to prevent dust/debris from accumulating in blower housing and wheel preventing airflow. Tech also found that compressor contactor is pitted and humming, tech recommends replacing. Tech found no other issues at this time.

Upon arrival tech was shown thermostat was blank. Inspected system and found the low voltage fuse to be blown. Upon further inspection tech found 5 wires under the common connector and easily pulled wires out. Tech suspects to many wires and a loose connection is the cause of blown fuse. Rewired so it did not have as many wires under common and 24v terminals. Installed new 3amp fuse based on what wire diagram called for and system came on with no challenges. System is back operational at this time.

Tech removed blower wheel to clean and brushed of debris from evaporator coil. Mini split is back up and cooling. No other issues found at todays visit.

Kenny C. did everything to determine the cause of why the breaker in the main panel for the furnace was going off after a short time the HVAC system was running. It was clear that the HVAC system was running correctly and he took pictures that proved it. The breaker for the compressor was not tripping and feeds to the breaker at the main panel, so it is obvious that the breaker at the main panel needs to be replaced. Although I wish he could have replaced the breaker, I understand why and will call a licensed electrician to replace the breaker. I am thankful that I have the pictures to prove the situation with the electrician.

I learned from Luis how my new HVAC system was supposed to work at such a detail level that it was clear Luis knew what and how to fix it. In the process of checking the non working system, he pointed out the damaged part in the compressor. He was able to provide a detailed diagnosis so that I was prepared to take it to that next step - actually getting the proper component (the compressor) replaced. Since I could not get a response from the original installer (and questioned their competence anyway), it was obvious that Ruis and his colleagues knew what they were doing and would get the job done.

Hey so I have had trouble with my Mitsubishi mini split all summer!!! I bought this unit because your salesman said how great it was ! I would never have any problems out of it! I had four calls and four different techs from your company come out. First one said nothing was wrong just needed to be cleaned, second said I needed freon, third said needed cleaning finally the fourth said I needed coils replaced! I have two going on three 600 plus dollar light bills! I keep dogs in my garage which this unit was bought to keep them cool it’s over 90 degrees some days in there! I am waiting two plus weeks for parts to come in for a unit that never breaks!!! Super pissed so glad we bought the expensive unit that doesn’t break! See you tomorrow to service my home unit!
