Hey so I have had trouble with my Mitsubishi mini split all summer!!! I bought this unit because your salesman said how great it was ! I would never have any problems out of it! I had four calls and four different techs from your company come out. First one said nothing was wrong just needed to be cleaned, second said I needed freon, third said needed cleaning finally the fourth said I needed coils replaced! I have two going on three 600 plus dollar light bills! I keep dogs in my garage which this unit was bought to keep them cool it’s over 90 degrees some days in there! I am waiting two plus weeks for parts to come in for a unit that never breaks!!! Super pissed so glad we bought the expensive unit that doesn’t break! See you tomorrow to service my home unit!

System died on June 16. New system installed on June 26. I went 10 days without AC other than window unit in bedroom. Very disappointed in length of time for replacement. At times it got up to 90 Degrees in my house. Maybe you need more people.

Independent contractor fixed issue whereas y’all recommended new unit or 4 k part. Not happy and seems techs lately have just been recommending new units. Still giving 5 stars bc I’m not an ass but hoping for some more experienced and less costly options

Tech found no difficulties at this time. Tech informed homeowner warranty on system is soon to be up so it wouldn’t be a bad idea to consider having surge protectors installed and have ac renew shot into compressor to enhance the life of system.

Performed ESA. Technician found no challenges while performing the maintenance today. System is operating normally a and holding a delta t of 18 degrees. The Uv bulb in the system is blown so it needs to be replaced. Technician made this recommendation and quoted 207 plus tax. Customer decided against replacing the uv bulb. However, he was interested in the plasma air purifier due to no maintenance costs and the concept of the product. Technician worked up and estimate and added to the email for customer to review.

One recommendation the tech had was to equip the system with an ez trap and float switch to add another layer of safety to the condensate trap. However, customer had to leave before maintenance was complete. Technician worked up estimates for these items and sent to customer their review.

Per office, we have already ordered an indoor coil due to damage from screwdriver. Tech found mini split running in cooling on arrival. Filters are clean, but indoor coil is clogged with animal poop. Per office, tech cleaned indoor coil thoroughly with power sprayer. Ran leak detector over indoor coil, but picked up no obvious leaks. After cleaning, supply temperature went from 63 to 57 degrees. Recorded suction pressure before and after cleaning. Mini split is cooling, but indoor unit will need to be regularly cleaned with pressure due to animals. No charge for today per Monica.

Tech gave system a call for cooling. Compressor, outdoor fan and blower started, but after about 3 minutes, variable speed blower ramped down to very low speed and stopped. Stopped and started several times, but did not ramp up to speed. Confirmed correct line and low voltage at motor plugs. Plugged in test harness. Motor will not respond at all. Tech diagnosed a failed variable speed blower motor. Breaker is off, and system is down until we can order motor. Capacitors are in specs. Heat exchanger looks in good shape. Leak searched indoor coil and got no hits. System is 8 years old. Functional parts warranty is valid per ComfortSite. Customer approved ordering blower motor. Tech collected housecall.

Tech found aux pan for upstairs air handler full of water causing blank thermostat due to tripped aux pan float switch. Upstairs system is not on the 1 system MPA. Downstairs is. Customer approved housecall and drain cleaning. Declined primary float switch and EZ trap. Approved getting upstairs added to MPA. Collected housecall, drain cleaning, and first month of MPA for upstairs. Replaced two clogged 14*20 filters. System is cooling and draining. Delta t is 18

Upon arrival tech found primary float switch tripped at air handler in crawlspace. Drain line was clogged. Tech removed drain line and cleared line, tech also wiped out condensate pump and primary pan. Tech reset system and tested, system is back up and cooling. No charge per premium service agreement.

Tech returned to replace condensor fan motor. Tech replaced motor as well as capacitor with new 7.5MFD run cap and tested. Fan motor is operating properly, amp draws are within spec. Mrs. Faye not home at this time. No charge per office.

Tech returned to replace TXV at Trane package unit. Tech recovered 3lbs of R410A, system calls for 9lbs. Before removing TXV tech added nitrogen to system to perform a leak search. Tech found schrader valve core at liquid line leaking. Tech replaced valve core and pressure tested system once again. Tech found no other leaks throughout system, system held 225PSI for 20 mins with no pressure drop. House is being renovated, both filters were clogged with debris from sanding inside. Tech evacuated system to 500 microns, system held vacuum. Tech weighed in 9lbs 9oz of R410A. Tech started system and monitored pressures, system is cooling properly at this time. Collected $1,414.80 by check.

Tech performed ESA on package system. Tech found no challenges. Tech did find evaporator coil and condenser coil heavily covered in fur, grass, etc. tech deep cleaned system. All tests tested good. Tech aided demand tech on mini split and demand tech aided me in performing ESA on system. System is cleaned very well. Homeowner would like Ronnie to come back for next visit.
