Tech performed Precision Tune up on 1 package Heat Pump. Tech found very little maintenance has been done on unit. Tech found valve core leaking, blower compartment filled with dust, unit insulation wearing down and falling into blower compartment. Dust was also caked inside blower motor creating a possible short. All ductwork was laying on the ground and not properly supported. Tech quoted replacing motor and supporting ductwork. Compressor is also megging caution. Unit is slightly low on refrigerant due to the valve core leaks. Tech recommends getting a quote on complete system replacement due to age and condition of ductwork and system, 2007 unit.

Tech performed maintenance per service agreement. Tech found no challenges at today’s visit. Homeowners were concerned about plasma not working due to dust in the house. Tech repositioned plasma to bottom of blower fan to help ionize the air better. Tech also recommended homeowners have ducts cleaned due to them being 20+ years old. (Recommended Servpro). Ductwork was still hanging and in good condition in crawlspace. Tech left one 20x30 filter with homeowners. System is operating properly at this time.

Tech found new vision pro thermostat with no temperature display and temperature sensor error. Customer says power flickered. Tech rebooted thermostat and found no issues with new system or new Vision Pro. Install warranty.

Address is 725 Madison Avenue. Not Madison Drive. Tech found Trane 824 displaying a blank white screen. Customer says they have had power flickering recently. Tech took Trane 824 off the wall and verified 24 volts. Clicked tstat back in place and it rebooted normally. Verified install setup menu and tested system from thermostat in each mode. After rebooting, found no further issues. Tech found indoor coil and blower assembly dirty. Tech recommended ESA maintenance. Customer declined maintenance. Tech collected house all.

Kenny C. did everything to determine the cause of why the breaker in the main panel for the furnace was going off after a short time the HVAC system was running. It was clear that the HVAC system was running correctly and he took pictures that proved it. The breaker for the compressor was not tripping and feeds to the breaker at the main panel, so it is obvious that the breaker at the main panel needs to be replaced. Although I wish he could have replaced the breaker, I understand why and will call a licensed electrician to replace the breaker. I am thankful that I have the pictures to prove the situation with the electrician.

Homeowner stated breaker in main panel kept tripping after unit would run for 10 minutes. Tech observed compressor amp draws for about 20 mins and were within spec. Tech also ran system in heating and cooling and found breaker in main panel would eventually get hot and trip. Tech informed homeowner to call an electrician to come out to swap breaker out. Breaker in main panel feeds breaker that is located outside that feeds power to the condenser. No charge for todays visit due to recent repair.

Tech quoted for VP8000. Tech also found compressor hardstart kit testing outside of specs and recommended replacement. Tech found no other issues at todays visit. System is back on and operating properly at this time.

Tech found low R22 refrigerant due to multiple leaks in the evaporator coil, 1 large and 1 small. Tech also found burnt compressor terminal wires. Contactor was also pitted. Unit is 18 years old R22. Tech recommends replacing unit due to age, condition and type of refrigerant. Tech quoted $5237 for coil replacement as well as $646 for compressor terminal kit and contactor. Tech suspects compressor and motor failures in the near future. Customer was recommended replacement last maintenance. Field supervisor notified

Performed ESA, upon arrival tech found HP #3 to be low on charge. Tech found were leak is located and actually ended up finding 2 decent size leaks inside evaporator coil. HP #3 controls there bedroom side of the house. System is 19yrs old. Tech informed Mr. Jones and would like to have pricing on both coil and replacement of system. Tech got in contact with Gina and will be getting in touch of Mr. Jones shortly.

I learned from Luis how my new HVAC system was supposed to work at such a detail level that it was clear Luis knew what and how to fix it. In the process of checking the non working system, he pointed out the damaged part in the compressor. He was able to provide a detailed diagnosis so that I was prepared to take it to that next step - actually getting the proper component (the compressor) replaced. Since I could not get a response from the original installer (and questioned their competence anyway), it was obvious that Ruis and his colleagues knew what they were doing and would get the job done.

Hey so I have had trouble with my Mitsubishi mini split all summer!!! I bought this unit because your salesman said how great it was ! I would never have any problems out of it! I had four calls and four different techs from your company come out. First one said nothing was wrong just needed to be cleaned, second said I needed freon, third said needed cleaning finally the fourth said I needed coils replaced! I have two going on three 600 plus dollar light bills! I keep dogs in my garage which this unit was bought to keep them cool it’s over 90 degrees some days in there! I am waiting two plus weeks for parts to come in for a unit that never breaks!!! Super pissed so glad we bought the expensive unit that doesn’t break! See you tomorrow to service my home unit!

System died on June 16. New system installed on June 26. I went 10 days without AC other than window unit in bedroom. Very disappointed in length of time for replacement. At times it got up to 90 Degrees in my house. Maybe you need more people.
