Performed ESA. Upon arrival technician discovered the condensation line was buried. Technician removed line from dirt and cleared it, allowing trapped condensate to leave system. Backed up drain line had caused spillage into blower compartment. Technician removed as much water as possible and sanitized blower housing that had accumulated some bacterial growth from blocked drain line. Technician did not observe any further challenges. Customer left as maintenance was beginning so technician was not able to get in the house to inspect thermostat, change filters, or check delta t. (2) 24x24x1 filters left on side porch with notepad.

Mr. Cool mini split with an E1 error code. Code is for communication challenges. Indoor unit will come on and blower air before error code appears the cycles off. Outdoor unit will not make any attempt to operate. Tech measured voltage with the communication wire disconnected. Had power on indoor side but not outdoor. Suspect faulty control board in outdoor unit. Tech reached out to Mr.Cool for tech support with no response at time of departure.
