Tech cleaned both system thoroughly, both systems are well over 10 years of age. Customer is aware, tech found no challenges with systems at this time. Customer extended PSA on both systems, tech collected $606.34 by card. Customer would like to have a field supervisor come out to determine options for adding a branch line into closed closet upstairs. Tech posted pictures of attic and closet on file. Office to call tomorrow morning and schedule a time.
Romario T.
performed a leak search, tech found a small leak at the indoor evaporator coil on the bottom right front. Tech educated homeowner on a system upgrade and would like to set up an appointment with a field supervisor, costumer is not looking forward to keep replacing evaporator coils. Costumer wanted to charge system with refrigerant to keep it from freezing up and cool better. Tech charged system with 2lbs of R410a, delta T improved and evaporator is not freezing up, indoor saturation temp above freezing point. System is cooling as of now.

Found system low on charge, pressures of 79/245. Leak search would need to be performed, level 2-4. Evaporator coil was replaced on 2019. Costumer stated Late Tuesday afternoon would be the best time to perform a leak search tech suspects that the leak could be coming from the bottom left section of the Evaporator coil, to verify, a deep leak search would need to perform. System is partially cooling at this time due to low charge.

Tech found evaporator coil dirty with insulation from return flex tech looked down return flex towards house and found a 12x12 hole had been chewed or clawed out causing the coil to be clogged and making the unit to run less efficiently then normal tech quoted to replace 25ft of return $1106.20. Will require 2 techs to replace tech patched duct for now till customer calls back

FOUND CONDENSER BREAKER TRIPPED/SOFT LOCKOUT FAULT. RESET BREAKER CYCLED SYSTEM WITH NO FURTHER CHALLENGES. INSTALLED SURGE PROTECTOR. INVESTED IN MONTHLY PREMIUM.
Romario T.
Tech found the condenser not operating due to a float switch triggered, tech tested out the float switch and found it to be with barely any water in it and the switch itself appeared to be getting stuck, properly due to sand or debris inside the slide of the float switch (sand ad dusty crawlspace). Tech recommended ESA and educated the costumer about the benefits. Costumer invested in PSA annual, and would like maintenance scheduled sometime next month. Tech leveled airhandler some and believes that it may have sinked some due to the type of soil that it lays on. May need to keep monitoring level of then airhandler throughout visits. Condensate pump is operating as it should. System is Cooling at this time. Roytflores@yahoo.com
Romario T.
found system operating upon arriva, checked refrigerant levels, drain safeties, airflow, contactors and thermostat operation. Upon checking the thermostat operation from heat to cool, tech noticed that the thermostat was not calling for heat or cool even if the temperature was 2 degrees above/or below set point, it needed to be 5+ degrees off for the system to make a call for cooling/heating. Tech left thermostat 2 degrees above set point on heat and noticed a call for heat after 8 minutes. Costumer has had blown fuse challenges at the airhandler in the past. Tech diagnosed a faulty t6pro thermostat. Costumer invested in a Honeywell visionPro 8000. Tested equipment and helped costumer connect the thermostat to wifi and phone. Educated costumer about ESA (energy saving ahpgreement) and is not interested at the moment. System is operating properly at this time.

Tech returned and dropped of two 16x20x1 filters and handed them to customer.
Matthew L.
Tech returned and pumped refrigerant into outdoor unit and shut service valves. Cut and removed leaking indoor coil and flowed nitrogen while brazing in new indoor coil. Coil and lineset passed nitrogen pressure test and standing vacuum test. Added 5 lbs of R410a to get system back cooling within specs. Tech replaced 50/5 warranty dual run capacitor and placed warranty label on original part. No further challenges found. Tech collected for repairs. Customer invested in yearly ESA maintenance. First visit in 6 months.

System operating properly, tech did not have two 16x20x1 filters. Need to come back and drop filters off when in the area.
