Normally I would give this organization 5 stars, but the service performed on 4/28 was not up to their normal standards. The technician did not perform an inside check, stating on the invoice that the dweller was not at home when in fact the technician had actually talked with him. The dweller was waiting for the technician to come inside for the unit check and after waiting longer than normal went to check only to discover he had left.

Tech installed new blower assembly (motor and brackets, new wheel, and new housing. Tested without challenges. Housing support is secured to fiberglass bottom panel with epoxy adhesive and it is solid. Uploaded pictures of amp draws and refrigerant pressures. System is back up and running. Tech ran GreenSky financing for repairs. Housing was $818 plus tax. Wheel was warranty. Motor was $1882 plus tax. Total is $2700 plus tax ($2882.25 including tax.) GreenSky was declined for $3000 limit. Tech tried again per Jerry instructions with $1500 limit. Customer was declined again. Customer reported being able to put $100 towards repairs today. Tech collected the $100 plus tax today per Jerry and let customer know office will give her a follow up phone call.

Tech found system operating when jumped but thermostat never called upon further tech found thermostat was programmed for conventional heat and gas 2nd stage heat tech reprogrammed thermostat unit started up no issues after tech reprogrammed thermostat tech collected for house call and minor repair over phone

Tech inspected HVAC system, checked amp draws, pressures, delta T, overall system performance. found a the capacitor for the compressor reading below tolerance, condenser coil is dirty and recommends maintenance on system, and also found a clogged return filter 14x30x1 and a dirty return grill. Tech Recommends replacing filter and cleaning the return grill. Tested system in cooling and heating with aux heat. System performance repot is going to be provided to homeowner for their records. Ms. Brown payed the balance.
