The service tech arrived as promised within 30 minutes. The service tech Nate was extremely helpful and patient. He listened to everything I had to say and answered all of my questions and I had many. Customer decided to extend maintenance agreement and upgrade to comfort premium plan. Tech emailed invoice to customer.
