The serviceman was very efficient and knowledgeable, but I had to bite my tongue when he told me he was charging me $200,00 for a $20.00 capacitor. I have been in the industrial service business for many years and know the cost of parts and realize you have a lot of overhead but marking a part up this muck? I needed my unit fixed so you could have charged me $300.00.

Tech found downstairs outdoor fan very hard to start until manually started by screwdriver, tech also found 1 major leak in evaporator coil and small leak on evaporator coil as well. Tech spoke with office and tech arrived on job to finish.

Tech came out and extended the drain line for the mini split from the crawlspace out the foundation. Used vacuum and water to verify drain was clear and draining. Required 30 ft of 3/4 PVC and 2 3/4 PVC 90s. Service warranty.

Tech arrived and found ceiling in living room damaged, tech found that pan on mini split was loose and corrected, after correcting pan tech found that system could not drain, tech looked around house to find drain exit and could not find anywhere, tech followed line set for mini split and found that drain was never ran out of crawlspace and buried in sand, tech informed customer of issue and let on call manger know situation, call will be turned over to service manager and will decide how we handle first thing Monday morning.

This means that securing ductwork significantly helped unit get closer to perfect. Sent estimate to seek further approval
