Technician spoke with Ron with what ur required to move big a/h and condenser to one side and replace smaller a/h from 2nd floor to 1st floor office. Ron will quote out.
Found 70uf compressor capacitor failed. New compressor calls for 45uf capacitor. Replaced compressor capacitor, and weak OD fan motor capacitor. System up and cooling. Service warranty per Jerry.
Replaced mini split condensate pump and tested with no challenges.
Upon arrival customer stated he was unaware system was off and has since turned it on but still has had cooling challenges. Tech found zone damper at supply constantly opening and closing. Pressure switch breaks call to damper motor. Tech removed motor and repositioned shaft and motor to align. Tech suspects motor was closing to far causing static pressure to decrease then opening and closing opposite way. Motor is now staying open, homeowner left before techs completion. Unable to reach via phone to collect minor repair fee.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Tech recommended uv replacement customer agreed tech replaced uv bulb. Customer renewed PSA 1 system. Customer paid via 2 different checks.

Techs removed faulty compressor, triple purged line set to remove burnt oil residue and sanded fittings. Tech added acid-away to the new compressor and brazed in new compressor while flowing nitrogen and replaced the filter drier. Tech pressure tested the system for 10 minutes with no drop in pressure, removed valve cores and pulled vacuum to desired micron range. Charged system with 14 lbs R40A. System is operating normally at this time.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Customer will need 1 20x25x1 filter dropped off. Customer renewed ESA 1 system.
Performed CMA Full Service on 2 split Furnace/AC Systems. No challenges present during maintenance today. Both systems are cooling properly with a delta t between 18 and 20 degrees. Filters - 20x20x1 (4) filters changed. 8x8x1 filters are not available at this time. When we have them available, we will run a technician by to replace. No one from the fire department was on site during service. Technician was let in by a county paramedic who was onsite. Email from todays visit was sent to address on file.
Found mini split condensate pump only pumping partially. Cleared drain tube and tested with same result. Spoke with Mrs. McKinley. Approved to order and return to replace 230V mini split condensate pump.
Tech found breaker trips immediately when breaker is turned on. Tech unplugged compressor and found breaker stays on isolating the issue to the compressor. Tech verified compressor is not shorted to ground, capacitor is good and hard start does not work. Tech found common and run terminals only have .7 ohms shorting L1 to L2 but not ground. Compressor would need to be replaced. Tech uploaded videos of diagnostic process. Customer approved repair. Mr Dexters phone is having issues.
FOUND 40A FUSES FEEDING CONDENSER BLOWN. REPLACED FUSES AND ATTEMPTED TO CYCLE. MAIN LEVER PANEL BOX TO RIGHT OF DISCONNECT ARCING DUE TO MELTED TERMINALS. ELECTRICIAN WILL BE NEEDED TO FURTHER INSPECT. SYSTEM IS DOWN. (919)-735-1847 WAYNE ELECTRIC.

Tech performed esa on 2 trane split heat pumps. Tech recommended replacing weak capacitor for upstairs system, customer declined. Customer wanted to hold off today on renewing 2 system esa. Tech sent estimate for renewal to customer email
Family home they are selling, has to talk to brother before purchase
Tech found thermostat satisfied at 72. Tech found all capacitors and amp draw within range. The only issue found was suction saturation was high at 52 degrees with a 72 degree return. Tech lowered blower speed and found suction dropped 2 degrees. Tech found an 18 degree delta T. No issues found with ductwork. Unit should be able to maintain 72. Customer stated the house has ran a couple degrees over set point during the summer the past 2 years. House was built in the 70s, tech is concerned with unit size and house insulation.
-Replace existing 30A Cutler Hammer type BR breaker with 25A per data tag. -Customer inquired about HEPA filter cleaning. Was told at time of install that filter was in need of cleaning. Should be monitored at next maintenance.
Tech found dead dual run capacitor, replaced with turbo after approval system back cooling with 18 delta t.
Tech replaced failed fan motor. After replacing, tech found blower not running due to a failed blower relay. Tapped on relay and blower intermittently came on and shut back off. Bypassed relay and tested system. Found no further issues. Homeowner approved fan motor and relay. Tech billed for repairs per office.

Apon arrival customer informed tech that unit was not cooling tech found old fan motor to not be running, tech checked capacitor and found no challenges there. Tech found old fan motor to be failed, informed customer and recommended replacement customer.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found aux pan full of water tech cleared drain line and cleared pan of water unit is draining properly at this time tech found no other challenges at this time unit is up and cooling with a delta t of 20.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found txv leaking and found capacitor testing weak customer approved both office is to order replacement txv and will schedule repair unit is up and cooling with a delta t of 20 at this time due to unit being recharged this past weekend tech billed out turbo capacitor.

Upon arrival tech was informed system was blowing air but not cooling. Tech inspected system and found it low on Freon. Tech got authorization from Donna hinnant to charge system for time being and during the scheduled maintenance on Wednesday we will perform leak search. System is back operational at this time.
