He listened to everything I had to say and answered all of my questions and I had many. Upon inspection tech found 15MFD blower run capacitor testing at 13.5. Tech recommended replacing due to weak reading and quoted $192.15 plus tax. Customer would like to hold off at this time, tech found no further challenges. Tech cleaned system thoroughly, system is operating properly.

New Boiler has a 14 in flue opening, the flue is 22 in B vent pipe. There is a 14 x 12 reducer installed on boiler that does not seal to B vent pipe. Will need a better solution to connect 12 in B vent pipe to 14 in boiler opening.

Tech returned to replaced coil upstairs unfit tech replaced coil checked pressure held then pulled vacuum to 495 microns tech then added 6.5lbs of 410a to achieve 12 degrees of sub cooling as per data plate delta t is within specs at 68 return 49 supply unit is operating properly at this time

Tech performed leak search on upstairs system. Found only 10 psi of r410a pressure on system. Tech added nitrogen and confirmed upper face of A coil near the center of coil face was leaking. Confirmed multiple times. Tech quoted $1025 plus tax to order and replace indoor coil. Customer approved ordering.

Customer stated thermostat went blank and she put batteries in. Tech found 5 amp fuse blown in air handler, new fuse blew as soon as it was installed. Tech located a chaffed low pressure switch wire in the condensing unit. Wire was sealed and secured. System is back up and running.

Found door to furnace not sealed tightly enough so the door switch was not engaging. This was causing there to be no voltage going to thermostat. Fixed door and thermostat came on. Customer also wants price on moving thermostat and emergency shut off switch.

Tech preformed CMA INSPECTION on 2 gas packs and 6 split systems. System number 5 presented issues with no heat. Upon inspection tech diagnosed mechanical failure with blower motor. Tech has attached estimate for replacement to invoice. Due to age of system tech recommends replacing unit and set up appointment for comfort specialist to give free quote. All other systems are operating correctly at this time.

Upon system was not running. Customer stated that sometimes the system would not maintain set point. Tech attempted to run system from outside. Tested blower and strip heat operation but could not heat pump to cycle on. Defrost control stayed in a delay for an extended period of time then lost power. Tech inspected and found the 60 amp GE breaker in the disconnect dropping a leg of power. Diagnosed breaker faulty. Customer approved and tech replaced breaker. Suspect intermediate breaker challenge as cause of heating challenges. Recommend service agreement, recommend upgrading system. Possible defrost control challenge.
