Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Upon arrival tech found water spicket leaking water. Tech informed customer about plumbing department. Customer would like a plumber to come out and fix the water spicket. Tech found evaporator coil to be severely rusted. Tech did a detailed leak search but could not find any consistent leaks. Tech faced no other challenges. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently. Tech recommends media filter but customer declined because he wants to take care of the plumbing repair first.

Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Tech found uv bulb needed replacing. Customer approved replacement. No other challenges found. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently. Return with 1x 20x25x1 filter.

Provided quote for new heat pump customer invested in new system

Technician was informed of burning smell. Once technician removed door panel and found excessive oil build up on compressor as well as compressor shorted to ground causing heat strips to run excessively. Field supervisor is on site.

Tech performed service on carrier package unit. Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with today’s service. Found no challenges at today’s visit.

Provided quote to replace it and duct system

Technician found 35/5 mfd capacitor had failed causing the compressor not run. Upon further inspection technician found heat strips wire was burnt at the stakon connection. Tech also found top fuse link was busted and not allowing voltage through. Tech noticed the 2 pole contactor for compressor was dark and pitted and will require replacing. Tech quoted out repair cost and customer stated they had to get 2 quotes for Indian committee. Technician did inform customer that tech can not guarantee how long system will last with repairs done due to age and condition of the system. Technician recommended replacing field supervisor is to come give quote out when available.

Bad gas valve LP gas State water heater And thermostat couple

Tech found thermostat not allowing aux heat with outdoor temp above 25 degrees. A heat pump will not be able to keep up at 30 degrees outdoor temp without aux heat. Tech adjusted the setting to 70 and auxiliary heat kicked in. Tech found supply temp increased from 76 to 102. System is heating properly.

Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, tech found no challenges while servicing the system at today’s visit, the system is back up and running and holding a delta t of 20+ degrees, tech recommended replacement of uv bulb, customer declined at today’s visit, homeowner would like hard copy mailed to home, customer renewed psa

Tech washed and serviced unit and found that the customer was having concerns with air quality previous tech installed plasma air customer has noticed a difference since the plasma was installed and believe it’s doing its job customer had questions about more options tech recommended a Uv light customer approved installation. Tech found no other challenges at this time unit is up heating properly. Customer extended psa 1 sys 2 times a year.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges customer told tech previous tech had found a potential leak in the evap coil tech leak searched unit and did not find any leaks at this time unit was up heating within specs after todays visit. Customer did not wish for and filters.

Emailed proposal to customer to replace 3 ton Trane package heat pump

Came out to give an estimate to replace some drains under the home. Works has already beef done just wants a quote to compare to what he was charged.

Tech performed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech found microbial growth on blower housing. Tech recommended plasma air to help prevent microbial growth from coming back. Customer didn’t invest at this time. Customer did invest in renewal.

Water heater elements need to be replaced. House is on a water pump and there is a valve in the pump house to turn water off to the house.

Tech replaced a section of 18 inch return duct.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found unit containing 2 inches of water tech extracted water out of system and also found Evap/blower with a bacterial growth. Tech thoroughly cleaned blower and coil. Tech found no other challenges at this time. Tech recommended plasma and uv to prevent build up from returning.

Tech found a large rip in the return trunk before the return plenum. 18 inch duct, 20ft and silicone needed, hood will need to be removed and reinstalled. Customer approved repair.

Tech performed esa on one system, tech did not find any challenges with system at todays visit. Ductwork is properly strapped and supported throughout crawlspace. Uv light is on and operating properly at this time. System is back on and operating properly at this time.
