Customer wanted tech to install window unit. Once finished, customer requested tech reinstall the other unit that was installed crooked by someone else. Tech had to take unit down and reinstall from start. Tech made sure both are working properly.

Emailed duct quote to customer, customer is going to try and get insurance to cover duct system.

Found sewer water standing at the entrance of one of the crawlspace entrances. Insulation was coming out of the vents and mice size holes present at some ducts. Return flex and rectangle trunk line, 6 inch supply lines. Costumer would like a duct system replacement quote, filed supervisor is scheduled out for tomorrow at 11am to provide a solution. Costumer paid $101.00 cash.

Performed routine maintenance per energy savings agreement. No challenges were observed today in terms of system performance. The system is cooling properly with a delta t of 20 degrees. System was cleaned as thoroughly as possible. Indoor coil did have a good amount of dust, debris in it. Technician removed what they could without risking damaging any of the refrigerant lines or further impacting the coil.

Tech was informed a/h breaker would keep tripping at random times tech inspected a/h and found no issues with heat strips or blower motor. Tech also did not find any issues with condenser everything is within specs tech informed customer it might be a electrical issue and will need to call a electrician to come check if it happens again.

FOUND ALL (4) FUSES INSIDE FURNACE BLOWN. REPLACED FUSES AND CYCLED WITH NO CHALLENGES. 40 YEAR OLD ELECTRIC FURNACE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. PERFORMANCE NOT GUARANTEED.

Performed ESA, homeowner extended PSA. Recommended plasma air. Wants to wait to talk it over.

Tech replaced media filter, collected $172.79

Performed CMA full service on one split system. System is operating correctly at this time.

Tech performed ESA, tech found no issues with system at todays visit, system is back on and working properly at this time, customer renewed one time a year cleaning.

Upon arrival tech found a failed 60 amp time delay fuse, fuse was old and brittle and had cracked. Tech cut power to system and replaced fuse after approval. Tech restored power and tested system, system back up and heating. Electric furnace only, there is no condensing unit outside. Tech collected $160.00 in cash, customer does not want change.

Replaced dual run capacitor, noted condition of coils and invested in maintenance plan. Please look up warranty to make sure we don't overcharge customer. This call was done on a holiday unable to look up the warranty information

PERFORMED INSPECTION ON STRAIGHT AC/ELECTRIC FURNACE SYSTEM. FOUND SYSTEM UNABLE TO RUN IN COOLING DUE TO FAILED DUAL RUN CAPACITOR. OD FAN MOTOR MAY HAVE INTERNAL DAMAGE AS WELL. COMPRESSOR CONTACTOR IS PITTED. CONDENSER COILS ARE EXTREMELY CORRODED. EVAPORATOR COILS ARE VERY RUSTED/CORRODED THROUGHOUT. REPAIRS NEEDED FOR PROPER PERFORMANCE ARE NOT RECOMMENDED DUE TO PART AVAILABILITY/PRICING AND OVERALL AGE AND CONDITION OF SYSTEM. SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. HANDED OVER TO BRYCE.
