Met piedmont gas out to hook up gas meter. Will return to complete flue pipe, install regulator, and find way to keep condensate pump from dripping.

Arrive gas company has turn water off due to leak were they shut off at the gate valve is leaking also a leak under house Had bust asfalt to repair water shut off. Repair leak under house on 1/2 poly line

Pulled toilet and found it set in grout with no wax ring. Cleaned grout off the area and reset the toilet with a new wax ring and calked the toilet in.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Customer renewed PSA 1 system.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Tech was unable to to check delta t.

Tech turned thermostat on and found blower not running. Tech found no voltage at G. Tech jumped r to g at the thermostat and found blower running. Tech found the g wire was barely in the thermostat connection. Tech put g wire back in better and found the fan running with thermostat call. Thermostat wires are small and have a poor connection. Tech also recommends replacing thermostat. Tech sent estimates for both, customer wants to see how system does with the wire pushed in better. Tech also found evaporator coils were dirty and recommends ESA. Tech tested suction pressure and superheat to verify coil isn’t at freezing pressures, tech found low superheat but normal pressure likely from dirty coils

Will need to return and install reducer in flue and start up gas furnace.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found dual run capacitors tested out of range tech replaced capacitor through warranty. Tech washed and serviced unit and found no other challenges at this time.

Tech found both uv bulbs blown on systems tech also found downstairs unit had a clogged drain float switch did not trigger causing system to continuously run dripping water in crawlspace. Tech cleared line and recommended replacing switch customer agreed. Tech found downstairs compressor capacitor testing below spec tech recommended repair customer decided to replace 35 mfd cap for downstairs unit. Tech washed and serviced unit and found no further issues at this time and both systems back up and cooling.

Upon arrival tech found water dripping off coil onto blower and floor. Down flow air handler. Tech checked drain to assure it is not clogged, system is draining properly. Tech monitored pressures. Found blower set to highest speed pulling water off coil, tech set to medium. Pressures improved after changes and are within spec. Checked duct in crawlspace and found no challenges. Invested in MSA. Informed customer to monitor system for any more water leaks.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Tech received no response from homeowner nor son.

No problem with washing machine or the pipes. Removed the lower cover to the ac unit and found saturated insulation on the bottom left corner of the AC unit where the AC unit is leaking water onto the floor going towards the washing machine. Customer needs an AC technician to diagnose why the water is saturating the insulation inside of it

Tech washed and serviced unit and found blower covered in an bacterial build tech thoroughly cleaned blower. Tech found no further challenges at this time. Tech found gas leak on regulator tech turned gas off and notified customer.

Did full service on Goodman gas pack. System is heating and cooling. Found red common wire for compressor contactor slightly melted. Replaced spade connector to ensure tight connection. Tech also found 5 inshot burners very corroded. Tech recommends replacing corroded burners to prevent shortening the life of the heat exchanger. Customer asked for quote to be emailed. Tech emailed quote for burners.

Ricky Ellis neighbor 252-560-4569. On arrival, blower was running on diakin mini split. Outdoor unit is not. Tech ensured system has a cooling call, but outdoor unit did not run. No error code is flashing on indoor unit. Used indoor remote thermostat error code recall to verify if there is an error code or not. Long beep indicates yes. Short beep indicates no. Long beep occurred on 00 for normal-no error present. All the other errors had a short beep for no error codes present. Status LED on outdoor board is flashing steady green without outdoor unit running. Customer approved system test fee to further diagnose. While on hold with tech support, tech cycled breaker again and turned system on and off at remote thermostat. System started up in cooling mode. Return temp is 78. Supply temp is 58. Allowed system to run. Outdoor board is giving a slightly faster green flash status while running. Drain is dripping steadily. Visually inspected line voltage wiring and communication wire at in

Faucet is leaking at base advise replacing. Customer want faucet and vanity .sink replaced advised they can purchase and we would come back to install

Tech found thermostat falling off the wall and Sheetrock anchors loose in the wall. Tech found wall has had moisture damage causing weak Sheetrock. Tech put cork tape in the thermostat wire hole to prevent more moisture damage, but found anchors do not sit tight due to the damaged wall. Tech recommends repairing Sheetrock to allow proper thermostat hanging.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found downstairs units capacitor is testing out of range tech recommended replacement and found no other challenges at this time. Tech recommended uv replacement. Both systems back up and cooling. Customer renewed ESA 2 system.

Found guest sink full. Cleared stoppage and tested sink drain.

Tech educated the customer on how to operate the vision pro 8000 thermostat.

Took pictures of crawlspace condition, office to review and reach back out to Mr frank

Customer had an electrician look at the outlet and found the moisture problem is creating the gfci to trip. Tech found both pumps not working at this time due to tripped gfci outlet. Moisture would have to be removed for outlet to work properly.. Tech also found multiple blower motor faults on the control and blower compartment has moisture inside. This indicates moisture problems were causing intermittent ECM issues. Blower motor needs to be replaced, dehumidifier’s installed. Condensate pumps are not going to work properly until water is removed.
