For the past 4 years at least 4 techs have come to the house unable to identify and diagnose the issue with air flow. Tyler out performed all these and was able to get to the source of the problem which was collapsed duct work. If the other techs had his commitment to service the problem would have been solved 4 years ago. In any case, we’re grateful for his willingness to get into tight spaces and find the problem. We now have incredible air flow that will help the unit last longer and make our home much more comfortable. Thanks Tyler!

Tech found dual run capacitor had exploded tech spoke with customer and informed her tech would need to replace capacitor in order to further diagnose customer agreed for tech to replace capacitor with turbo capacitor once tech replace capacitor unit started up

Tech was informed in a addition the customer added they are getting more dust then any other areas around the house tech crawled under the house found 3 6in branch lines going to additional room space index house is 8in or so tech could not get access to full length of lines tech was only able to reach the living room floor tech found a few mice holes on all 3 lines tech quoted out about 75ft of flex 3 6in flex bags tech recommended getting cc out to quote for a practice unit and eliminate the supply lines in order to eliminate any future issue cc is scheduled

Found 30amp disconnect incorrectly and 40amp breaker in main panel heavily damaged. Recommend Wayne Electric for proper repair.

FOUND 30A DISCONNECT BREAKER WIRED INCORRECTLY AND 40A BREAKER IN MAIN PANEL HEAVILY DAMAGED/MELTED. RECOMMENDED WAYNE ELECTRIC TO FURTHER INSPECT MAIN PANEL ISSUE. INVESTED IN PSA 1 SYSTEM. WILL SCHEDULE AFTER ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

Replaced outdoor control board due to previous diagnosis. System is working properly at this time in both heating and cooling. Both stages of cooling are coming on with no issues. Board is not giving any fault codes.

**Carrier infinity system**- Outdoor control board is giving code 46 for brown out on 230- Tech tested voltage coming into equipment in tech has 248 V. System is communicating with both air handler and thermostat and outdoor board has ohm range of 30 When specs is between 27 and 32. Tech was able to tighten connections and get system to come on for 10 minutes with no challenges with 240 going in and out of contactor. System will later on go back into a brown out fault. Diagnosed bad outdoor control board. There are no model and serial numbers of equipment. Tech notified office of model number of outdoor control board. System is down

Tech preformed CMA FULL SERVICE on 2 package units and 2 split systems. All systems are operating at this time. Tech recommends installing EZ Trap to drain line to help clean and clear drain line. This will help reduce moisture in unit to help prevent mildew buildup in unit and on blower assembly.

Performed cma full service on 2 split systems. Found extreme corrosion on system 2 air handler evaporator coil. Buildup of rust in primary drain pan. Corroded auxiliary pan. Unit in need of replacement. Will have continued drainage problems due to deterioration of evaporator coil. AH-2 blower motor capacitor tested weak. Provided estimate for replacement of capacitor $200.50.

Unit # 4 Tech adjusted the variable pitch sleeve on the new blower motor to reduce amp draw of motor. Monitored operation of blower motor for over 30 minutes with no challenge.

Tech recovered refrigerant charge and installed correct indoor and outdoor piston with new Teflon gasket in each piston chamber. New pistons match label on piston housings. Flowed nitrogen while replacing filter drier. System passed positive pressure test and standing vacuum test. Recharged with 9 lbs 9 oz of new R410a. Tested system in each mode without further challenges. Full warranty.

Tech installed new blower motor inside RTU 4. New motor was pulling 7.5 amps with tight belt and 4.5 amps with loose belt. Rated at 3.1-3.2 amps. Was not able to determine challenge after troubleshooting. Left disconnect off. Will need senior tech to return to further diagnose.
