Zack did a great job servicing our units at both our houses. He paid attention to details and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working at optimum level. It is so great to have dependable service with someone willing to help with things we can no longer take care of ourselves.

For the past 4 years at least 4 techs have come to the house unable to identify and diagnose the issue with air flow. Tyler out performed all these and was able to get to the source of the problem which was collapsed duct work. If the other techs had his commitment to service the problem would have been solved 4 years ago. In any case, we’re grateful for his willingness to get into tight spaces and find the problem. We now have incredible air flow that will help the unit last longer and make our home much more comfortable. Thanks Tyler!
Great Friendly Service

Performed ESA. System is cooling properly at this time. Temperature change over observed at todays visit was 18 degrees. A couple of challenges were observed while performing the maintenance. First, the dual run capacitor for the compressor and outdoor fan motor was testing weak. Rated for 35mfd and reading 29mfd. Second, the blower capacitor was also testing weak, rated for 10mfd and reading 8mfd. Technician recommended replacing both capacitors to avoid any unnecessary wear and tear on major components and also prevent a future service call. Customer declined replacement.
Performed 2 system ESA Customer left before maintenance was complete, technician was not able to get inside to inspect thermostat, change filters or check delta t for downstairs system. Upstairs- technician found no challenges at todays visit. System is cooling properly with a delta t of 18 degrees. Downstairs- upon arriving to the outside unit, technician discovered the drain line was backed up. Tech was able to remove and clear the blockage to allow for proper condensate drainage. Tech performed Full Service CMA on a single split system. System is operational properly at this time. Tech has attached system performance reports to this invoice
December 15 Tech found 30 year old R22 Trane AC condenser to be very low on R22. Tech confirmed indoor cases evaporator coil is completely thawed and blower is running. System has very high superheat and no subcooling. Suction pressure is 35 psi. System holds 8 lbs 12 oz of R22. Tech estimates system is 6-7 lbs low. Leak searched indoor coil and confirmed hits around rusty U bends of evaporator. Quoted $1423.51 to recharge system with 7 lbs of R22. Chief Jarman needs system replacement quote ASAP so he can submit proposal for grants. Grant funding will be available after December 15. So he can tentatively plan on installing then. Propane furnace is also 30 years old. It is heating. Has a zone board and bypass damper attached, but is acting as a single zoned system. May need to cap off ductwork and remove zone components. Upstairs is now served by a heat pump.
Tech found the indoor blower motor not running due to a capacitor leaking/failed, reading only 0.1uf . Costumer approved replacing the capacitor. Amp draw on blower motor before was 2.2amps, and was pulling 1.9amps, rated for 2.9amps. normal amp draws were acquired before and after the repairs. System is back up and cooling. Costumer keeps the thermostat at 80 degrees. replaced Placed in filters at per costumer request, filters were dropped off during last visit, took 2 unused 20x20x1 filters back and placed in 2 16x20x1 filters in. Told the costumer that the blower motor is pulling normal amp draw but it is liable to fail even with a new capacitor replaced, due to not knowing how long it has been running with a failed/low reading capacitor. Mail in Hard copy of the invoice.
