Upon arrival customer stated system has not been cooling. Upon inspection tech found a frog on capacitor that had shorted between herm and common terminal not allowing compressor to come on. Tech removed frog and tested capacitor, capacitor is still testing within spec. Tech restored power to system and tested in cooling mode, system is now cooling properly. Customer invested in service agreement for two visits. Need to call and schedule first visit. Tech collected $358.68 by card.
