Found capacitor to be in good condition, fan inoperable Replaced fan and found refrigerant to be low Called supervisor Bryce directly and advised him to call 10 days from now after their vacation Found leak in evap coil and advised homeowner it would be quite expensive to replace Due to challenge before and customer satisfaction waved the cost of r22 which is close to price of capacitor Refrigerant will leak out eventually. Invested in maintenance program
