Unit 3 and 5 , 5 was already fixed according to maintenance Technician began work on unit number three found a bad sensor a bad transformer and a bad contactor and some miss wiring which caused the bad transformer Repaired unit threes electrical problems System number three is back to cooling System number five coil is frozen upon arrival System is severely dirty and drain pan is oily indicating leak in the evaporator coil. Tech recommends replacing unit 5 due to age and condition Unit 5 condenser is 2016 model with compressor in the yellow. The compressor is not original to unit and this indicates major issues Unit 5 is also a miss matched set with a ruud airhandler and trane outdoor unit Was able to fix unit 3 but 5 will need considerable more work and replacing would be better than repairing a miss matched system .
