CUSTOMER STATED SYSTEM HAS ALREADY BEEN REPAIRED BY ANOTHER COMPANY.

Tech preformed CMA full service on both split systems, the gas pack, and one exhaust. Gas pack is down at the moment due to blown fuse in the disconnect. Recommend replacing both 30A fuses. Unit 2 is operating at this time but fan capacitor is below normal operating range, tech recommends replacing. Tech has attached estimates for both repairs to invoice as well as system performance reports and pictures. Tech found 7.5mfd capacitor reading 6.54mfd. Recommend replacement. Tech found blown 30A fuse inside of disconnect box for the package unit. Due to age and weathering tech recommends replacing both both 30A fuses.

Tech found 3 systems operating in cooling, found the package unit supply vents sweating(back room), found the ODESSEY airhandler with water on the aux drain pan, unsure where the end of the drain line is. Kitchen filters need to be replaced, All 3 thermostats are satisfied at set point, the back kitchen unit runs more constantly due to dirty filters restricting airflow. Exhaust fan is operating, could use cleaning soon to remove the grease. Pictures on file. Billing out invoice.

BOTH SYSTEMS OPERATING AT THIS TIME. BOTH IN NEED OF MAINTENANCE/CLEANING. GAS PACK IS 5 YEARS OF AGE. HEAT PUMP SPLIT SYSTEM IS OVER 10 YEARS OF AGE IN OVERALL POOR CONDITION. FORWARDING TO COLBY TO QUOTE CMA PRICING FOR (2) SYSTEMS/REPLACEMENT QUOTE FOR HEAT PUMP SPLIT IN POOR CONDITION.
