Upon arrival tech was informed system was not cooling anymore. Tech found system completely void of Freon. Pressure tested with nitrogen and found leak on discharge line where it tees into condenser coil. Repaired leak and pressure tested system again with no further leaks. Pulled vacuum and charged system with 9lbs and 8oz of R410A. Tech attempted to adjust belt for blower motor but was to worn and had to replace with new belt. Tech installed 2-20x30x1 filters but will need to return with 2-20x30x2 filters. Performed full CMA at the end with no further challenges. System is back operating at this time.

PERFORMED CMA ON (3) SPLIT HEAT PUMP SYSTEMS. SYSTEM #3 EVAPORATOR COILS FROZEN. LEAK FOUND IN EVAPORATOR COIL PREVIOUSLY. SYSTEM #2 LOW ON CHARGE AS WELL DUE TO LEAK IN EVAPORATOR COIL FOUND PREVIOUSLY. SYSTEM #1 RUNNING PROPERLY. FIELD SUPERVISOR HAS ALREADY BEEN NOTIFIED AND AWAITING APPROVAL.

Tech found system running heat in AC mode with 24v going to O at outdoor unit. Tech found reversing valve wire pulled off solenoid and reconnected the plug. System is now running properly.

TECH RETURNED TO WASH CONDENSER COILS AND OUTSIDE OF SYSTEM.

Tech arrived and found thermostat blank, tech found shorted heat strip Contactor. Tech replaced under warranty. Tech spoke with customer about service agreement and she said she would talk to her husband.

Upon arrival tenants stated system makes a knocking noise and they have since turned the system off. Tech ran system from thermostat and did not notice any noises inside building. System cooled until reaching set point. No rooftop access in riser room. Tech used extension ladder to try and gain rooftop access. However, tech was unable to due to wind and rain. Tech informed Ms. Suzy. Will need to come back to inspect system on rooftop. Billing out for service call fee. Also need to get in contact with Ms. Suzy for CMA quote.

REPLACED OEM CONDENSER FAN MOTOR AND BLADE. CYCLED SYSTEM WITH NO CHALLENGES.

Tech washed and serviced mini split at this visit tech found no challenges at this time. Customer extended PSA via check

Tech serviced unit and found no challenges tech could not wash unit due to not having long enough water hose. Will need to return with hose reel.

Tech found od fan motor was squeaking upon starting up s#79FA. Tech spoke with customer informed we will have to order part will call when part is in.

No show at the front of side door. No contact by phone. Tech left shopping list and business card.

Found a failed dual run capacitor. System is under manufacturer warranty. Costumer approved replacing the dual run capacitor under manufacturer warranty price. Tech also educated the homeowner about our maintenance agreement programs and benefits. Costumer declined both yearly and monthly options for now. Supply temperature of 53 and return temperature of 71. System is back cooling.

Return grille fell out of return while customer was replacing the filter. Tech helped her put hooks back and latch it properly.

Upon arrival tech began full CMA on 4 gas pack systems. Tech found all 4 systems in the caution range with the mega ohmmeter. All capacitors and motors were within specs. Cleaned coils and replaced filters. Tech ran systems after and everything operating at this time.

Upon arrival tech replaced cracked ball valve and redid threaded connections inside to fix water leak. Tech fill chiller system with water and found no further leaks at this time.

FOUND CONDENSER FAN ASSEMBLY REMOVED, AND COMPRESSOR UNPLUGGED UPON ARRIVAL. CUSTOMER STATED THEY HAD IT CHECKED BY ANOTHER TECHNICIAN. STATED 40A BREAKER WAS TRIPPING. TESTED COMPRESSOR FOUND SHORTED TO GROUND. DECLINED MOVING FORWARD WITH ANY SOLUTIONS AT THIS TIME. SPOKE WITH MRS. MATHIS. RE-SECURED SYSTEM BACK TOGETHER.

Upon arrival tech found system freezing up due to low on refrigerant, tech found evaporator coil leaking, dead dual capacitor, fan motor over amping. System is 23 years old field supervisor out to verify.

Customer just wanted ball park, customer doesn’t want to do anything right now. Recommended replacing duct system as well as unit due to age and condition

Upon arrival tech found chiller machine with fault refill. Tech believes there was still air in the system and that’s what caused the temperature fault inside due to no water leaks being found. Tech was able to add more water and bleed the system more. Tech observed the chiller running while treatment machine ran with no issues at this time.

Tech 4 lay in 2ft x2ft return grills with metal box’s on top with 14in flex attachment to each box price is $1698 plus tax.

Upon arrival tech added 2 gallons of Glycol to chiller circuit and refilled tank with water and replaced the water filter inside the builder. Tech observed the treatment machine for about 30mins to ensure everything worked. Chiller is operational at this time.

Tech dismissed Wi-Fi connection message. Does not need Wi-Fi and doesn’t want Wi-Fi. Confirmed scheduling is off. Tstat settings are correct. No issues found. Educated customer on thermostat operation. Struggled to understand setpoints and how auto mode works. Set customer preferred setpoint at 79 for heat, 81 for cool. Got picture of vision pro to help them over the phone if needed in the future. Install warranty.
