Tech performed ESA on 1 system. Package HP- tech serviced and cleaned system with no challenges at today’s visit, tech fixed a couple potential short locations.
Tech performed ESA on 1 system per energy savings agreement. Split system- last tech found system low on refrigerant, tech performed leak search and found leaking Evaporator coil. Tech checked pressure and found a 5 sub cool data plate calls for 10 tech informed customer of challenges and passed over to field supervisor.
Tech found thermostat calling for cool but only sending voltage to g. Tech jumped r To G and Y at thermostat and found system running properly. This indicates the thermostat has failed. Tech replaced thermostat under parts warranty and found normal operation. Customer also agreed to monthly ESA.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time unit is up and cooling with a delta of 29
Tech performed maintenance per service agreement. Tech found no challenges at today’s visit. Tech left one 14x20 and one 20x20 filter. Homeowners renewed one system PSA at 372.56 via check. System is operating properly at this time.
Tech found water in insulation but no water in flex. 2 20ft 6 inch branch lines need to be replaced. Tech found no water unit and drain is working properly. Both ends of duct are properly insulated and sealed. No water on the outside of duct. High humidity in crawlspace.
Tech performed ESA, Tech found excessive amounts of bacteria and dust/debris in unit, tech recommended installing plasma to prevent issues and keep home from being contaminated with bacterial growth and dust. tech found no other issues at todays visit. System is back on and operating properly at this time. Customer renewed one system psa. MAIL HARDCOPY OF INVOICE AND PLASMA BROCHURE.
Tech performed ESA, tech found evaporator coil has minor surface rust and no leaks were detected. Tech did not find any operational issues with system at this time. System is back on and operating at this time. Tech was unable to enter home due to no one being home. Need to return with one 24x24x1 filter.
Tech performed maintenance per service agreement. Upon arrival Homeowner informed tech that blower fan was not working. Tech found fan not blowing on auto. Tech was able to get fan to work by Jumping R to G on board. Also, turning fan to on position from thermostat worked. Tech then put it to auto on thermostat and fan began working properly. Tech found blower fan capacitor rated at 10 mfd testing at 7.6 mfd when minimum threshold is 9.4 mfd. Tech also found contactor on condensing unit showing wear. Tech informed homeowner of problems and suggested replacing. Homeowner will wait on repairs. Tech replaced two 16x20 filters. System is a 98. Homeowner is aware of age. System is operating properly at this time. Homeowner invested in 1 system ESA. Homeowner paid 308.51 via check and the remainder 9.61 via cash.
STATED BLOWER CONTINUALLY RUNS. FOUND FAN SET TO ON UPON ARRIVAL. SWITCHED TO AUTO AND CYCLED SYSTEM SEVERAL TIMES. BLOWER SHUT DOWN AS IT SHOULD. INVESTED IN ESA (1) SYSTEM. SCHEDULE 1ST VISIT.
PERFORMED ESA ON (1) TRANE PACKAGE HEAT PUMP. SYSTEM IS IN OVERALL FAIR SHAPE FOR 10 YEARS OF AGE. COMPRESSOR IS READING WITHIN CAUTION RANGE. EVAPORATOR COILS ARE SHOWING RUST. MRS. RHODES IS AWARE. ADDED AC RENEW.
-Customer stated gas heat not working. Observed tank level acceptable. Draft inducer motor operating but system not attempting to ignite. Inspected heat exchanger for cracks, none found. Cleared obstruction for pressure switch, system now tries to ignite but no ignition. Found proper input pressure and low voltage call to gas valve but no outlet gas pressure. -Demand tech arrived while on site. Demand tech to take over with estimating repair and continuing if approved. - Tech replaced gas valve after approval, tested system and adjusted gas pressures. System is back up and heating. Collected $646.64 by card.
Upon arrival tech found system not running due to tripped float switch. Tech cleared drains after approval and reset float switch. Informed customer on maintenance agreement and highly recommended investing. Collected $206.29 by card.
Completed a maintenance inspection on 3 DAIKIN package heat pumps, 1 Fujitsu mini split. Changed filters, tested heat strips, pressures, capacitors, motor amps, T-stats.
Tech found insulation in 1 area of 6in sled was wet customer had found it poked a hole to dry out. Spoke with office will replace less them 20 ft of flex under install warranty. Tech also found another area 1ft wet as well tech poked whole and exposed insulation to let dry will need to return to splice to the 2nd flex line. Tech will need 1.5 to 2 box’s of 6in flex and 1 splice collar. Will schedule to return. Tech returned to replace and repair 6in supply lines tech found boot and saddle collar were sealed protect installed new 20ft of 6in flex sealed and insulated customer will monitor
Emailed proposal for dual fuel and gas pack to granddaughter. They will review proposal.

Tech performed ESA on 1 system found no challenges at today’s visit, homeowners grandkids live in home tech spoke with homeowner about renewal Bill for PSA.
Tech performed ESA on 1 system, tech found Evaporator coil leaking pressures looked good tech suspects leak is fresh field supervisor scheduled to come verify. Customer wanted Uv bulb replaced and renewed PSA mail invoice.
Tech performed ESA found no challenges at this time.
Tech performed ESA on 1 system found leaking evaporator coil and Schrader valve, compressor ohming red and ramping up and down. Tech chela med pressure and found non Condensibles/ moisture ind system causing pressures to fluctuate never giving the correct readings. Customer didn’t want to do anything at this time tech replaced Schrader valve and renewed service agreement.
Tech performed ESA on 1 system found no challenges at today’s visit. Tech spoke with customer about service agreement and benefits customer interested but needs to talk to husband.
HVAC System Repair Service: Upon diagnosing an unusual noise in an AC unit, I identified misaligned pulleys as the root cause. Through meticulous adjustment of the pulleys, I restored smooth operation and alleviated strain on the system, ensuring its continued efficiency and reliability.
Tech performed ESA, tech found no issues at this time, coil is rusty but not leaking. System is back on and operating properly at this time.
