Tech found system in back of church not cooling, system is void of refrigerant tech pin pointed leak in evaporator coil. Tech passed over to field supervisor is going to get in contact with customer. Bill for charges today

Customer states system was blowing hot air. States condenser was not running. She changed batteries in thermostat before leaving her home (other residents were on site upon arrival). When technician arrived, thermostat was satisfied within 1 degree and condenser unit was running. Observed cold air from supply. System currently operating without issue.

Emailed proposal to replace 4 branch lines. Duct is in overall good condition besides the branch lines that have water in them.

Upon arrival tech found failed dual run capacitor. Tech replaced capacitor after approval. Tested system, system is back up and cooling. Collected $472.41 by card.

Performed ESA, no issues at todays visit. Tech installed Plasma air after homeowners approval.

Tech found low refrigerant pressures due to a leaking evaporator coil. Tech recommended replacing unit due to age of equipment and cost of repair. Quoted 2930 plus tax for coil replacement.

Tech found 4 branch lines full of water. 20 ft 4 inch, 20ft 7inch and 40 ft 6inch. Tech recommends replacing ductwork due to cost of repair and age of existing ductwork. Field supervisor notified.

Tech found contactor pulled in but no 240 at contactor. Tech found breaker on and 240 going into the breaker but nothing coming out. Tech flipped breaker and found the same issue. Tech replaced breaker under contractor warranty and system is now up and running.

Performed ESA, after ESA was completed tech found condenser not getting 240 at breaker that is located at breaker box. Tech then went to main panel and no breakers were there that were labeled for the hvac system. Tech then went underneath crawlspace and traced wires coming from breaker box that went to main panel that tech originally visited. Tech then flipped majority of the breakers off and then back on. Condenser still had not came back on. No breaker box was located in crawlspace either. Another hvac company had installed the unit as well, tech could not figure out where line voltage was going to feed the breaker box located outside. Another technician is scheduled to come out today to further diagnose.

Performed ESA, homeowner extended ESA. Tech took out uv light and installed plasma after homeowners approval. Homeowner requested Kenny only for future visits.

Found the breaker for the downstairs unit tripped, hard start kit reading way below tolerance, Compressor megged in the red(bad). 2006 R22 system. Field supervisor Mike was informed of the findings and was also dispatched to provide a solution.

Tech performed ESA on 1 system. Package Hp- tech found no challenges with system at today’s visit, all electrical components tested to spec at this time.

Tech performed ESA, tech found no issues with system at todays visit. System is back on and operating properly at this time.

Completed a full service maintenance on 4 TEMPSTAR gas furnaces, evaporators, condensers, 2 TRANE units, changed filters, tested burners, heat strips, checked pressures, motor amps, capacitors, cleared drain traps, condensate pumps, T-stats, washed mini split filters, washed condenser coils. Added 3 6 inch vent tubes.

Tech performed ESA, Tech found excessive amounts of bacterial growth and other contaminants in unit. Tech recommended adding plasma to help prevent issue in future and improve indoor air quality throughout home. tech found no other issues, system is back on and operating properly at this time. Customer supplies their own filters.

Upon arrival tech found failed heat sequencer causing strip heat and fan to run continuously. Tech quoted $339.24 after tax to replace sequencer. Homeowner stated she cannot have it replaced at this time. Tech stated to call back when ready to do so. No house call per premium agreement.

Tech ran system in heat and cool mode and monitored pressures, pressures are within spec. Zone board and dampers are operating properly. Tech found float switch slightly out of place causing outdoor unit to go in and out intermittently. Tech seated float switch properly. Collected $68.27 by card, no house call fee per premium agreement.

Tech performed maintenance per service agreement. Tech found no challenges at today’s visit. Tech replaced one 20x25 filter. Homeowner renewed 2 system PSA at $734.44 via check. Systems are operating properly at this time.

UPON ARRIVAL TENANTS WERE LEAVING AND STATED SYSTEM IS RUNNNG PROPERLY WITH NO CHALLENGES.
