Customer states system was blowing hot air. States condenser was not running. She changed batteries in thermostat before leaving her home (other residents were on site upon arrival). When technician arrived, thermostat was satisfied within 1 degree and condenser unit was running. Observed cold air from supply. System currently operating without issue.

Tech found 4 branch lines full of water. 20 ft 4 inch, 20ft 7inch and 40 ft 6inch. Tech recommends replacing ductwork due to cost of repair and age of existing ductwork. Field supervisor notified.

Tech found contactor pulled in but no 240 at contactor. Tech found breaker on and 240 going into the breaker but nothing coming out. Tech flipped breaker and found the same issue. Tech replaced breaker under contractor warranty and system is now up and running.

Performed ESA, after ESA was completed tech found condenser not getting 240 at breaker that is located at breaker box. Tech then went to main panel and no breakers were there that were labeled for the hvac system. Tech then went underneath crawlspace and traced wires coming from breaker box that went to main panel that tech originally visited. Tech then flipped majority of the breakers off and then back on. Condenser still had not came back on. No breaker box was located in crawlspace either. Another hvac company had installed the unit as well, tech could not figure out where line voltage was going to feed the breaker box located outside. Another technician is scheduled to come out today to further diagnose.

Found the breaker for the downstairs unit tripped, hard start kit reading way below tolerance, Compressor megged in the red(bad). 2006 R22 system. Field supervisor Mike was informed of the findings and was also dispatched to provide a solution.

Completed a full service maintenance on 4 TEMPSTAR gas furnaces, evaporators, condensers, 2 TRANE units, changed filters, tested burners, heat strips, checked pressures, motor amps, capacitors, cleared drain traps, condensate pumps, T-stats, washed mini split filters, washed condenser coils. Added 3 6 inch vent tubes.

Tech recommended adding plasma to help prevent issue in future and improve indoor air quality throughout home. tech found no other issues, system is back on and operating properly at this time. Upon arrival tech found failed heat sequencer causing strip heat and fan to run continuously. Tech quoted $339.24 after tax to replace sequencer. Homeowner stated she cannot have it replaced at this time. Tech stated to call back when ready to do so. No house call per premium agreement.

Tech ran system in heat and cool mode and monitored pressures, pressures are within spec. Zone board and dampers are operating properly. Tech found float switch slightly out of place causing outdoor unit to go in and out intermittently. Tech seated float switch properly. Collected $68.27 by card, no house call fee per premium agreement.
