The technician was prefinal and Curtis. He was very knowledgeable with the work performed.

Performed routine maintenance per energy savings agreement. System is operating properly at the time of maintenance. Both Heat and cool modes were functioning correctly during the maintenance. Delta t observed on todays visit was 20 degrees. Some concerns the tech had were pertaining to the contactor and capacitor. The contactor is showing some pitting defined by black markings on the connections. Tech recommended replacing and quoted 234 plus tax. In regards to the capacitor, both the fan side and compressor side were testing weak. Tech recommended replacing and quoted 365 plus tax. Customer replaced both and tech collected for parts.
