Performed cma full service on 6 split systems. Double air handlers on systems 3, 5, 6. Performed inspection of oven hood exhaust fan and make up air. Split system 1: Compressor megged bad, windings shorted and failing. Ice on refrigerant lines at condenser and air handler. Possible refrigerant issues. R22 system ~25 years old. Due to type, age, and condition of system, recommend replacement of system. Split system 2: Evaporator coil in poor condition and corroded. Compressor megged bad, windings shorted and failing. Temperature difference insufficient in cooling mode. R22 system ~25 years old. Due to type, age, and condition of system, recommend replacement of condenser unit and evaporator coil (furnace relatively new). Split system 3: Condenser outdoor fan motor capacitor tested weak.
