Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time tech recommended adding surge protection to sys customer approved. unit is up and cooling with a delta t of 25.

Tech found breaker for freezer is tripping again, tech reviewed previous notes and found buss bar that breaker connects to is completely melted. Tech informed customer to have electrician replace disconnect as we do not replace this style.

Tech installed VP8000 and schedule for both systems to be serviced customer is selling home so will not be getting on service agreement.

(RTU #3) FOUND 90A DISCONNECT FUSE BLOWN PER PREVIOUS DIAGNOSIS. REPLACED FUSE AND FOUND FAULTY THERMOSTAT RECEIVING VOLTAGE, BUT NO DISPLAY. REPLACED THERMOSTAT, PROGRAMMED, AND CYCLED COOLING. 20A FUSE BLOWING WITH COOLING CALL. FOUND BOTH (3) POLE CONTACTORS SHORTED, AS WELL AS 1 OF 2 CONDENSER FAN MOTORS. REPLACED BOTH CONTACTORS. JERRY WILL CALL WITH PRICING OF CONDENSER FAN MOTOR REPLACEMENT. WILL NEED TO RETURN WITH MOTOR AND 20A FUSE AFTER APPROVAL. SPOKE WITH MRS. HUBBARD REGARDING TODAYS FINDINGS. HANDED OVER RTU #2 TO FIELD SUPERVISOR. CIRCUIT #1 PRESSURES ARE LOW DUE TO LEAK IN EVAPORATOR COIL PER PREVIOUS DOCUMENT. FIELD SUPERVISOR WAS NEVER NOTIFIED PREVIOUSLY ACCORDING TO MRS. HUBBARD.

Upon arrival customer stated duct was down, tech found 15-20ft branch line ripped and fallen. Tech quoted repair but recommended replacing whole duct system due to age. Field supervisor going to get in contact with customer

Performed ESA, no issues at todays visit. Tech cleaned and serviced system.

Tech was scheduled for a tune up visit, after first glance of unit tech decided we can not touch system unfortunately due to the condition of evaporator coil. Coil is completely caked up and extremely corroded. Did not perform PTU, charged a house call fee.

Tech performed esa on 1 system. Tech serviced and cleaned system. Tech recommend a hard to start due to compressor being close to caution. Tech faced no challenges at todays visit and system was running at 20 delta t.

Repaired 11/2 abs sink line

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Customer renewed ESA 1 system.

Upon arrival tech replaced evaporator coil in crawl space. Pressure tested to 350psi and held for 10 mins. Pulled vacuum down to 250 microns and did not exceed 500 microns for 10mins. Added 5lbs of R410A to get sub cooling and pressures within range. System is back operational at this time.

Performed CMA inspection on 3 gas package units and 2 make up air units. Gas Pack 1 (Kitchen) - technician did not find any challenges while inspecting system today. All electrical tested to spec. System is cooling properly and holding a 20 degree delta t. Gas Pack 2 (Dining) upon arriving, technician found circuit 1 not operating, however circuit 2 was. Technician shut off system and waited 5 minutes. Tech restored power and circuit 1 came on as normal. After a few minutes circuit 2 came on. Technician hooked up gauges and found circuit 1 pressures were low. Circuit 2 pressures were within spec. Tech performed a leak search and located one in the evaporator coil. (Video provided). Field supervisors office contacted. System is currently doing all it can, given Gas Pack 3 is down. Delta t is currently 13 degrees. Gas Pack 3 (Dining) - system is not currently operational. Per last service notes, a 20A fuse in the gas pack blew. Notes state that the part would need to be ordered. Once

Upon arrival tech replaced 20amp fuse in rooftop unit #3 but found 1 90amp fuse in disconnect blown. Tech mega ohm both compressors. Compressor 1 was in caution range and Compressor 2 is good. Will need new fuse to further diagnose system. Tried calling Mrs. Hubbard but did not get answer.

Upon arrival tech inspected 20 amp breaker that is tripping, tech found loose connection on line wire that was beginning to melt. Tech removed breaker and found terminal that breaker connects to within disconnect is almost completely melted causing breaker to trip. Tech moved breaker to open spot. Disconnect may need to be replaced if continues to trip. Also recommend having someone come out and check walk in freezer as this 20 amp breaker is for one of the compressors at freezer. Electrician will have to come out to replace this style disconnect.

Upon arrival tech found thermostat blank for RTU 3, found two out of 3 90 amp time delay fuses blown. Tech ohmed both compressors and found no open windings or either shorted to ground. Tech replaced fuses and reset system, system ran for a couple minutes them blew one 20 amp fuse inside electrical panel at unit. Tech did not have this fuse on truck, office may have to order fuse and come back to replace. Tech bypassed fuse for now as there is one more 20 amp fuse in circuit, system running at techs departure. Will need to come back with the 20 amp fuse, photos on file.

Upon arrival tech replaced OEM ECM Condenser Fan Motor. Started system up and found pressures and delta T low. Homeowner gave approval to perform leak search and found leak in evaporator coil under house. Office will need to quote and reach out to homeowner with price to replace. System is turned back on but no cooling optimally

Upon arrival tech was informed both system were not cooling. Tech inspected SN: 23501SL23V and found to common wire on the polarized plug for blower and come loose. Tech reinserted in plug and blower came on. Ran system in heat mode while inspecting second system to thaw evaporator coil. Set thermostat to 75 per homeowner request. System back operational at this time. SN: 8231W1Y1F found condenser fan motor receiving voltage but was not coming on. Informed homeowner and wants to move forward with ordering new motor. Also found compressor capacitor reading weak. Tech left system off and thermostat and breaker off at disconnect.

Upon arrival tech was informed system for kitchen was not cooling. Tech inspected system and found Circuit 1 Compressor not running but Circuit 2 Compressor was. Tech did not see any fault codes and turned power off to ohm and mega ohm compressor and everything was within specs. Turned power back on and Compressor 1 began pumping. Pressures were within a good range and system is back cooling.

Tech arrived and found thermostat blank, tech found low voltage fuse had blown. Tech found that 24v wire at condenser had rubbed through and shorted. Tech fixed wire and replaced fuse, system is now on and operating with 20 degree delta t.

Tech performed maintenance per service agreement. Tech found no new issues at todays visit. Tech informed homeowner of issues stated by previous tech in November. Which were a weak capacitor and blown UV bulb. Homeowner decided to go ahead with repairs and renewed one system ESA today.

Tech inspected negative pressure issues in front dinning area and found system System Serial #150410471D economizer giving fault code actuator fault which caused the damper to completely close. Tech took a small piece of wood and wedged between damper and unit to allow it to stay open about 1”. System Serial #150410465D had a fault code: normal not ok to economizer. And faulted open to about 1/2” due to high humidity levels. Will need to get actuator replaced in order to get economizer ack working properly.
